The brief

A new-build warehouse needed a floor that could take heavy daily traffic yet still present well to visiting clients — durable underfoot, effortless to clean, and unmistakably premium.

The challenge

The green slab carried curing residue and minor level variation across a large footprint. Getting an even, reflective finish at scale meant nailing the preparation before a single polishing pass.

The process

How it came together.

01

Assess

Mapped slab hardness and moisture, and set out grinding passes to level the floor without chasing high spots.

02

Grind

Progressive diamond tooling opened the surface and flattened the slab edge to edge.

03

Refine

Worked up through the grits, densifying between passes to harden and tighten the concrete.

04

Seal

Burnished and sealed to a high-gloss finish built for forklift traffic and years of wear.
